Brand new. Ideal as a receiving antenna from 144 MHz through 1300 MHz. Segments extend from 6 to 17". The bottom contains a 90 degree tilt / swivel function. A MAJOR improvement over the standard rubber duck antennas included with BNC mount scanners from Alinco, GRE, Icom, Radio Shack Uniden and Yaesu. On all bands above the aircraft band the antenna either exceeded or matched the performance standard rubber duck.
